Terms of Use

These terms apply to the OFFlore app, published by Tastan Film Produktion, Holzgasse 20, 5242 Birr, Switzerland.

Licence

Use of OFFlore is governed by Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement (Standard EULA). The full text is here.

What the app costs

OFFlore works without an account and without payment. Free identifies ten places a month; everything else — map, collection, trips, export — is unlimited and costs nothing.

OFFlore Pro

Pro removes the monthly limit and unlocks the location briefing, reading comments and the location tag, and every sharing template. There are three ways in:

The price that applies is shown in the app, in your currency and for your App Store storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation of purchase.

Renewal and cancellation

A subscription renews automatically for the same term unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.

You can cancel at any time yourself: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; Pro stays active until then. We cannot cancel on your behalf, and there is no need — management sits entirely with Apple.

Founders Lifetime does not renew and does not need cancelling. The purchase covers every device on the same Apple Account and can be brought back in the app with “Restore purchases”.

Refunds

Purchases in the App Store are handled by Apple, and so are refunds. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no access to your payment details and can neither issue nor block a refund.

What OFFlore does — and does not

OFFlore names places from what is visible in a post. That is an assessment, not an authoritative record. The app shows every source it relies on, and says so when it is uncertain or cannot recognise anything. Check before you travel — access, paths and opening hours above all.

Some places are in the mountains, by water, or on private land. Whether a route is passable, permitted and safe is your decision on the ground. We cannot be liable for harm arising from visiting a place.

Your content

What you save belongs to you. We do not analyse it, sell it or pass it on. How the data is handled is written in the privacy policy.

Posts you share come from other people. OFFlore reads the publicly available page and stores the post’s own preview image — no rights to third-party content arise from that, for you or for us.

Governing law

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Birr, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
